We are a network of Architects, Surveyors, Interior Designers, Civil/ Structural Engineers and Contractors. Our client base and operations stretch across England and mainland Europe.

Resident Development Group was founded by Sergio Valsamis, a Chartered Civil Engineer, Surveyor and Property Developer.
Sergio graduated from the University of Bath with distinction and various awards for excellence in Engineering Design. He has since worked for blue chip Architectural and Engineering Consultancies, FTSE 100 Development corporations, Land Owners, Public Institutions and Private Clients in London.
Our founder has experience across the entire development lifecycle and has a deep understanding of private and public sector drivers which must be met to enable fruitful projects.
